Health is very much essential for all, be it for you, your siblings, your children or your elders. Health is an essential asset for all of us. Believing this I have shared the recipe of Master Salad, which is a power house of nutrients. Come let’s see how this salad can benefit us.

The ingredients used to make the master salad are- broccoli, carrot, beans, black chickpea and bean sprouts, corn kennel, tomato, mushroom,  lettuce, cauliflower, cabbage, capsicum and  bell pepper, beet root, onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, coriander, mint, salt, black pepper, cheese, olive oil, chicken, paneer and egg.

Let’s check the nutrient value and positive health benefits of the ingredients used in the Master Salad:

Broccoli- Broccoli is known as one of the world’s healthiest food. It has huge anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. Broccoli has vitamin K, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, chromium, Vitamin C, vitamin E, folate, fiber, omega 3 fatty acids, potassium, copper, manganese, vitamin A, vitamin B3, iron, zinc, selenium, and lot more. It protects you against cancer. It takes care of cardio vascular health and keeps your heart healthy.

Capsicum and bell pepper- Bell peppers are available various colors- green which is widely known as capsicum, red, yellow and orange.
